Chai Rum Raisin Challah
Challah is one of the first breads I ever made and it remains one of my favorites. This is a 1 lb traditional braided loaf, made with oil and the addition of a strong, flavorful chai tea with raisins (& craisins) that have been soaked in rum. Makes amazing french toast! ...if you're into that.
